Your - BLM Series - Blinking Flashing LED's is programmed to provide standard DOT flashing rates.

Flashing rate: "The illuminating element in a flashing signal shall be flashed continuously at a rate of not less than 50 nor more than 60 times per minute."

                    "The illuminated period of each flash shall be not less than 1/2 and not more than 2/3 of the total flash cycle."

This module provides reliable traffic signals for your scale model layout: 4 Way Stop Traffic Light, Train Crossing Signal, School Zone, Construction Zone. 

• BLM - is shipped with 2 each - 5mm prewired Red LED's (for O scale).
• BLHO is shipped with 2 each - 3mm prewired Red LED's for HO scale.
• BLSZ is shipped with 2 each - 5mm Amber/Orange LED's.

Note: Other scales and colors are available upon request. All BLM Series products operate at the same flashing rate. LED's size and color per Scale Requirements. It can handle up to 16 LEDs.

INSTALLING THE BLM - Read the Entire Document and Plan Accordingly 

• Your BLM comes with a 12V power adapter.
• Choose a location for the BLM. The Power Adapter cable length is 6 feet. 
• LED wires are 6 inch long, you can extend them to your desired length. (Read Note) 
• Install the LED's and secure them with a drop of Super Glue placed in the back or on the side.
• Conceal the wires and connect them to the module as follows:

            Black to Black | Red to Red | Yellow to Yellow.

• Plug in the power adapter and turn the switch ON.
• BLM will continue flashing until the switch is turned OFF. 

Note: If you are using different wire colors remember the substituted colors need to match the correct connections.

Connect multiple LED assemblies in parallel.

• Do not glue the LED's front lens - Color and Aspect will be deteriorated.
• We do not recommend the use of other LED's. Train Set Electronics LED's are specially manufactured for our products and are guaranteed to function properly with this module.
• We do not recommend the use of other Power Adapters. Flashing Rate will change and could damage the module.  

CARE - To enjoy your BLM for a long time:

• Keep it dry. If it gets wet, wipe it dry immediately.
• Use and store the BLM only in normal temperature environments.
• Handle the BLM gently and carefully. DO NOT DROP IT.
• Keep the BLM away from dust and dirt.
• WARRANTY - 2 YEAR FROM DATE OF PURCHASE 

MODIFYING OR TAMPERING WITH THE BLM's INTERNAL COMPONENTS CAN CAUSE A MALFUNCTION AND WILL INVALIDATE ITS WARRANTY.
