Your - BLA - Blinking Flashing LED Module has adjustable flashing rate and fading feature.

This module provides reliable signals for your layout: RR Crossing and/or School zone.

BLA is shipped standard with 12VDC adapter | BLA9V with a 9 Volt battery snap.

Note: Pre-wired Red, Amber or Green LED's, 3mm and 5mm are available upon request.  

INSTALLING THE BLA - Read the Entire Document and Plan Accordingly 

• Your BLA comes with a 12V power adapter.
• Choose a location for the BLA. The Power Adapter cable length is 6 feet. 
• Install the LED's and secure them with a drop of Super Glue placed in the back or on the side.
• Conceal the wires and connect them to the LED's as follows: (1) Black (-) | (2) Red (+) | (3) Yellow (-)
• Plug in the power adapter or install a battery and turn the switch ON.
• BLA will continue flashing until the switch is turned OFF. 

Note: If you are using different wire colors remember the substitute colors needs to match the correct connections.

         If you are using multiple LED assemblies ensure a secured connections.

TO ADJUST THE TIME LENGTH - TURN THE POTS USING THE APPROPRIATE FLAT HEAD SCREWDRIVER AS FOLLOWS:

1. INCREASE - COUNTER CLOCK WISE (CCW).

2. DECREASE - CLOCK WISE (CW).

EACH CHANNEL IS ADJUSTABLE FROM 1 SECOND TO 90 SECONDS.

• Do not glue the LED's front lens - Color and Aspect will be deteriorated.
• We do not recommend the use of other LED's. Train Set Electronics LED's are specially manufactured for our products and are guaranteed to function properly with this module.
• We do not recommend the use of other Power Adapters. Flashing Rate will change and could damage the module.  

WARRANTY - 2 YEAR FROM DATE OF PURCHASE

CARE - To enjoy your BLA for a long time:

• Keep it dry. If it gets wet, wipe it dry immediately.
• Use and store the BLA only in normal temperature environments.
• Handle the BLA gently and carefully. DO NOT DROP IT.
• Keep the BLA away from dust and dirt.

MODIFYING OR TAMPERING WITH THE BLA's INTERNAL COMPONENTS CAN CAUSE A MALFUNCTION AND WILL INVALIDATE ITS WARRANTY.
